It has more structure than my usual poems (even though I didn't do any planning or preparation), and it contains rhyming verses. I tried to express my emotions in rhyming form... for the very first time... let me know what you think (please)

Black RainBlack rain fell, It fell upon me. Black rain fell, Seeped through my skin, Ate my remorse, Swallowed my sin, Black rain fell,Black Rain
It conquered my mind, And there in the meadows, A rose was all I could find, It was black as the rain, As love, and as pain, As the black rain fell, It tainted the ocean, And as I fell under the spell, I felt such emotion, Once the sun fell, Into the sea, As it drowned there, Nothing was left for me, So I took flight through the sands, Through the mountains and streams, Through the valley

A Drip of Blood at the TipThe monster, The reason behind my asphyxiation, The reason why I lament, Its left me countless sorrows.A Drip of Blood at the Tip
Slashing at my heart with blunt blades, As you titter there, with your fellow wraiths, Burning my tears, I scream, Silently I scream! At times I reside in a frozen hell, At times I only wish I did, Spare me the torment, burn me alive, Tie me down, pierce me, eat me. Always you unwind my sanity, The secrets that it hid. Light as a feather, Your weight crushes me, Thus I lie here,
Foolishly awaiting, Something to await.

The Dark OnesCreatures born of hatred, born of vengeance, born of lust, The creatures born of silence, and of passion without trust, They poison peace,The Dark Ones
Lurking in the shadows of a harrowed soul, On the dark side of the moon, These daemons take their toll, They laugh at the broken dreams whispered in the wind, They tease reflections of the faces of those who have sinned, Those who do, scream and sob all that they can, But these creatures, all of them, they were born of man...

Miraculous BurdenYou intoxicate me.Miraculous Burden
The grandest miracle, yet my greatest ailment.
You are one I shall never have. Are you a blessing or a burden? Can you see through this curtain? For behind this veil of confidence, beneath this cloak of security, lies a wrath of emotion. No one has seen the face behind the mask. No one can understand the entity I become when disrobed. I lie in solitude, and every moment I feel that by keeping the truth obscured, By taking flight from my greatest daemon, I am becoming a shadow of my former self. Others see the shadow, not the bearer. I choose a path in the g

Modern Sorcery Part OneThe cold was harsh, and the wind showed little more mercy. These were the first things William realized as he stepped out of the airport. The place didn't look like much, at least not by the view he had of the city so far. He was wearing his usual long black coat that reached down to his ankles, on top of a white button-down shirt. He wore a pair of black leather gloves, and black dress pants.Modern Sorcery Part One
He stood outside the airport, along with a dozen or so others. His ride should be arriving at any moment, he thought. A short line of cars and a few taxis drove by, waiting to pick up their passengers. The car Willia

I think it's so nice, with the light from above And the misty thin air Because it's a nice sunny eve' Because it's a nice sunny eve'
Oh why can't you tell the glow from the dusk And the joy from the grief Just cheer yourself up and stand so tall And you'll be living the life of a king Now dust off your misery And wipe off your tears Then clear out your sadness And d

You're welcome, it was a really good work of literature. Managed to stir emotion in me in a few short verses, so, I liked it quite a bit. You're really quite good, thanks for sharing!
